All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Prices are shown in the country of delivery currency (EUR, MUR or ZAR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (courier delays, strikes, customs, etc.).

No returns or refunds are accepted for change of mind.
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to:
- Cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery (cooling-off period).
- Return goods within 6 months if they are defective, unsafe, or not as described.
To qualify for a return, goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges may be offered, subject to stock availability and at our discretion.
Shipping costs for exchanges (other than defective products) are the customer’s responsibility.

Products are designed and manufactured with care, but use is at your own risk.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
